All these video game currency sites false advertise. One of the most widely known, MOGS.com, advertises that if you buy 300 gold it will arrive in 1-48 hours. I ordered this on last friday. Today is 7 days later Friday and still it's not here. I sent an e-mail to them enquiring about it but never got a response. I did talk to a nice service rep last night. He contacted the delivery team to tell them to give me my gold lol. So last night he said it would be here this morning. It is now 6:41 PM and its still not here. Here is my conversation with the rep:
Dan: Welcome to Live Help, how may I help you?
Dan: Hi
chris driscoll: Hi
Dan: How can I help you Chris?
Chris driscoll: I ordered gold last friday talked to a rep last night that said it would be here this morning but its still not there
Dan: May I have your six digit order ID? This is located in your Mogs.com order history.
Chris driscoll: 222296
Dan: thank you
Dan: we have simply had some trouble acquiring gold on that serfver, but we do have someone working on it.
Chris driscoll: do you know when it might arrive?
Dan: no I do not, but we have specifically asked a team to make it ptiority
chris driscoll: ok thankyou
I will update this IF I ever get the gold.
