Charged conciltation fees when he said their was no conciltation fees

I was hurt on the job and was referred by a friend to have Mr. Gonzales represent me with workmans comp case, is when I called the attorney he stated to come into his office and I did. I asked him was their going to be a fee for this office visit he stated no. Later my friend called me and said be careful the lawyer just riped him off. I did not realize what type of rip off until I wrote him a letter stati ng I no longer need his services.

When I received my first check, I was informed later by workmans comp. That mr. Gonzales charged a conciltation fee of 985.00.
