Same as the rest. Scammed!

Hoping to start a business I searched for a grant. Hoping to find help with a difficult subject I found IC Services. Went through the motions with the same results. I signed "official" looking paperwork and sent the money order. I was asked to start writing a business plan. Since, I've called many times. No response.
