My situation is the same as the posted complaint on the website. I ordered the grantconsultant with a credit card for $3.98 for a 10 day trial period though did not recieve the disk for 3 weeks. At that time I asked my friend to check her statement since I put it on her card and found out that they charged her account $49.98 on her card the day before we recieved the disk which did not have the information on it that they had advertized.
I am also hoping that we could get some help with possibly getting our money back and possibly the $30.00 bank charge for having to block them from the account. I called them repeatedly with no answer and tried there website to stop it but at the site all you could do is order it again with no other way to contact them. I would appreciate anything you could do to help. I ordered that to try to find out how to find the money to start a business to earn money that we don't have and they took what we had.
