On November 8th I purhcased and two other co workers purchased $2,500/each worth of leads. The leads are guaranteed sales and if I don't sell it they replace it at no cost, no questions asked. David Andrae was the salesperson that I spoke with and who I made this transaction with. I had several questions for David: Are these leads pre-qualified so I don't drive 2 hours and find out they are uninsurable. He said "Yes". I asked him how many appointments per week can you make. He said "how many do you want". I said 3-4 a day Wednesday thru Friday. He said "no problem". He said I will assign you to our best account manager Chris Ang. David said he knew all about the company I worked for and he had the perfect script.

David said that it would take a few days to set this up and get my campaign started. No problem. Well it took them about a month to start the campaign. Then in mid December I called Chris to find out if she is going to start sending appointments, she said "Well it is getting close to Christmas I figured that i would wait until after the holidays". So at this point I am getting frustrated.

Holidays are over and she sends me 3 leads: One on 1/9/08 one on1/10/08 and one on 1/18/08 - and each lead was worthless - one guy said they never called him and he said he could prove it because he was not even at the store that they supposedly called, the other leads were just as bad. So it took them 2 1/2 months to send 3 worthless leads.

So then I was trying to get a hold of David Andrae, because my awesome account manager Chris Ang (who I was told recently that is the owner of the company) was no help at all. Well David never returned any phone calls. So then one day I called the company and gave them a different name and said I was interested in speaking with David because I wanted to purchase their services. Well they hunted him down and actually transferred me to his cell phone. Told David my frustrations and he acted like he had no idea. I left him messages, emails, and I was arguing with Chris Ang for weeks. His response was Chris Ang was the owner and should take it up with her. Well she just played stupid. Then Dei Makenna calls up in late Jan. And asks if she could help and I said well Chris Ang is the owner she needs to resolve this and Dei said fine and hung up on me.

Now there telling and admitting that they can't do what David Andrae sold and promised to us. So they want to try and work out a different plan for us. I told them no and wanted my money back.

Bottom line after this long winded story is that they are crooks and had no intention of fulfilling what they promised. So now myself and two other co workers are in the process of going after them.
