I will never have anything to do with Alarmpro again. Norm Mugford is a bold faced liar and so are the rest of the employees that work there. Thanks to them I paid over $4000 for CRAP. Crap. Crap. Crap.
A Crap system. They can't make it work right (and somehow according to them, it's MY fault, maybe I put it in and they didn't know?..) and it cost me even more money for them to try. Now im out over $4000 and they offer no compensation. Why compensation? Because they lied to me, they pushed me into thinking they were the "best around', they told me they knew what they were doing, etc.
All they do is lie, overcharge, and rip people off. This company can die with shame as far as I'm concerned. I'm telling my neighbors to beware of this ruthless company, I'm telling my friends and family to stay away from these scam artists, I'm telling everyone I know to KEEP AWAY FROM ALARMPRO.
Thanks to usacomplaints.com I can let even MORE people know. I'm thinking of running a local newspaper ad that says "BEWARE OF ALARMPRO".
They should be called OVERPRICEDALARMAMATEURS
