Aged 47 as of this writing born 12/27/1959 just so there is no mistake for others named Ken Doolittle. Having been more or less run out of California he is now taking aim on the folks in the Meridian Idaho area where he has again set up shop.
This state action document linked below outlines some of the atrocities committed by Ken Doolittle. Particularly telling is the description of how he found his victims and conned them into his scams to rip off trusting retirees of their life savings. It details how he joined religious groups in order to build trust and scope-out honest well-to-do members in order to use investment fraud to steal their money. His securities license has been revoked, and as early as 1996 he has run into regulatory actions that included censure, suspensions, fines but the shark continues to circle unimpeded.in he was harpooned with a judgment against him to the tune of $133,531.09 but he is still swimming; still feeding. Emboldened by the fact that after 11 years of court cases authorities have failed to get this crook behind bars thus far.
He is particularly good at conning superior court judges who act like clerks relying on their judicial apathy to go after those who stand up to him and refuse to be ripped off easily. That is why he is still able to fester like pus in a wound that just won't heal in the lives of his victims. Doolittle relies on do-nothing judges who fail to use their ability, intelligence and power at their command to protect society from crooks like Doolittle. But that's a whole other rip-off

At one of his hearings he walked into a room full of people he had screwed [financially] who were waiting their turn to testify against him. He smiled and tried to joke and then asked after the health of one of his victim's relatives.
In true "Ken Doolittle" sociopathic fashion he did so totally oblivious to the fact that he was absolutely hated and detested by everyone in the room and was not conning anyone in this room— not anymore. Certainly, Ken is a disgrace to the Doolittle family name.
When Doolittle tried to glad-hand an elderly man who lost his retirement and savings and ultimately his home — he lost everything because of Doolittle the man raised his cane from his wheelchair and shouted at him, "Get away from me you goddamned crook!"

Although he is penalized for a fraction of the damage done, it is a start in the right direction but few of his victims will be satisfied unless these penalties include jail time.
Just speculation at this time, but his wife, Marilyn, is either very tolerant or party to his fraudulent activity. If she can put up with his infidelity as reported by his former secretary when his STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) test came back to his office, maybe she is just very tolerant.
It is my opinion that although he is intelligent, he has elected to abuse society with his intelligence rather than enhance it. The disdain he shows for his fellow citizens and the law is fueled by his incredible arrogance.
Doolittle has the gift of gab bordering on charm that disarms the unwary. His nervous girlish laugh may be really annoying but he looks and sounds like an All-American and uses that to his advantage to dupe especially those who came from the greatest generation: the WWII generation where a handshake and a promise meant something.
War hero grandpa Doolittle must be turning in his grave. Sporting the skill of a consummate straight-faced liar with no apparent conscience combines to make him a very dangerous predator. All who deal with him should hold on to their wallets and run the other way.

Why people continue to trust Doolittle is testament to his ability to act sincere and talk with complete conviction even though he knows he is lying — He is so good, one wonders if he believes himself at that moment.
Beware! He is still loose — authorities seem powerless to stop him. He has determined where the legal system fails the public and exploits them. His success is only possible because good public servants fail to act against him on our behalf. We need dedicated law enforcement and government regulators to rise to the challenge Doolittle presents.
