Aka Mallory Hartman Exploitation of Elderly / Failure to perform services / Overcharging

Associated Services Co & More exploited the elderly by taking advantage of a 74 yr old woman and her 77 yr old disabled Veteran husband both financially and mentally.

Ms Mallory Hartman, owner of company, saw opportunity to exploit elderly couple and charge excessively for services rendered and for services billed but not performed. Despite numerous requests via certified mail for copies of 2007 billing invoices Associated Services REFUSES to provide invoices for review and reconciliation.

Victims bank alerted authorities to the excess number of checks and amounts being paid to both Associated Services Co & More as well as directly to Ms Hartman.

Associated Services Co & More charged excessively for moving victims belongings from one home to another denying victim access to belongings for 6 months and refused to give victim keys to new home. Upon entry to home via locksmith victim discovered majority of items not unpacked as paid for and boxes were just piled in garage and bedrooms resulting in damage to personal belongings. Upon inventory many items found to be missing and unaccounted for. Full pictures available for inspection.

Ms Hartman took it upon herself to illegally change address for US mail and proceeded to illegally open US mail and removed $500 check to which she later admitted to.US Postal investigation/action is pending.

Ms Hartman further exploited victims borrowing in excess of $20,000 which has not been repaid to victims. Ms Hartman refuses to respond to numerous requests for repayment of money borrowed.

Ms Hartman forged victims signatures to various contracts and service contracts claiming to have POA whereas she did not.

Ms Hartman proceeded to write numerous letters to various friends and family members of victim full of lible and slander which are available for review.

Despite numerous efforts to resolve this situation Ms Hartman and Associated Services Co & More have REFUSED to respond to Certified letters from lawyers and/or phone calls.

Use extreme caution when dealing with this company!!
