Singulair took over my wireless service 7/25/02. I received a bill and paid my final bill to Worldcom, several months ago. I then receive another bill last week for 100.56.
I called their servicing center, put on hold for a half an hour. I was assured the account was completely cleared and I owed nothing. That it may be possible they owe me a credit. They said my service wasn't disconnected until October 10th, I told them it was turned over to Singulair on July 25. They made the ajustments and everything is fine.
Today I receive another bill for a balance of 23.75. I call their servicing center spoke to #7457, a very rude woman and she tells me this is a past due amount, and that I had agreed to send them this amount on Saturday. I tried to explain everything, but she just kept interrupting me.
I beleive that the 60.00 I sent in as the balance due was too much, but I paid it, because they were calling my father-in-law saying I wasn't paying my bill.
I was absolutely screaming at this woman, and she just kept saying this is what you owe! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she doesn't have one. I hung up on her.
