I bought my phone in Feb. and it is now Jan. to this day I have received only one bill which of course was over $200. When my last bill, about 5 months after I got the phone, was paid I sent them a change of address. I called them today and was told that they had "sent a bill in November", which obviously did not have my new address or was not really sent. Now they claim that I owe $487 and my account is seriously past due. When I asked them if they could just send a monthly bill, they told me some nonsense about them having some kind of consolidated system.
