Eing declined service from installation after waiting patiently for professional technician to install my merchandise for 4 weeks now 1 installer wanted to give me surround sound in half of my family room with tracks on wall instead of concealing wires which i paid for that option and also wanted to charge me 460 dollars more on top of what i already paid for contract service. It was totaly unsuitable what he wanted to do.

The first technician spent 5 hours in my home doing nothing but trying to figure out how he was going to set the system up and waiting for a third person to show up cause after being here 4 hours they realized they were not strong enough to lift plasma up it weghs 165 pounds. They should have known that before coming to my home. Its still on my floor. They did not want to install speaker system. This is the type of peaple sears hires to do installation. I have a walkthru storage attic that has easy access to walls if they can only find someone professional or may i say competant enough to install my merchandise. Caseworker was suppose to send someone else out lied to me told me yesterday that they can not do anything for me now. Nasty attitude teronica has store manager named john is off for the next two days.

In mean time im staring at 6100 dollars worth of unused merchandise in boxes in my family as far as they got with installing anything was mounting a bracket for plasma on my wall. Now how am i suppose to go about returning that. Dont they need to come back out to remove bracket. Im hoping that was put up properly cause second technician comented about the bracket being wrong size. I requested a site survey prior to this whole mess which sales rep from sears told me i did not need. It was offered in the contract. All im asking is to stop being ignored and to install merchandise proper way or a full refund of merchandise. They only give you 30 days for electronics its about 28 days since i purchased equipment. Time is of they essence.

Please help me sraigten out this mess bad business i wanted to contact president of sears but no one was able to give me any kind of contact information you can also contact me
