This company call me and wanted to buy my time share. This sounded good to me because I never wanted it in the first place, it was something my xwife wanted and I got stuck with it.
After sending all the paper work getting all excited about gettig rid of this thing, this company said I needed an appraisal of the property. They would do this for $299.00,
So I sent them my credit card number.
It's been 6 month now and I cannot find these people, but since that time I have found out that you cannot appraise a time share legally and that a company that offers to do so is fraudulant.
