A tele-marketer called me at home and pressured me into signing up for NADN's services. I did so reluctantly. The same day I called their customer service and expressed a wish not to pursue the matter further. They told me that I couldn't cancel telephonically and that I had to send a fax. This I did on the 10/21.
This morning I logged onto my credit card account and found that they had disregarded my request and debited my account. I have subsequently sent another fax asking them to credit my account.
After reading the other consumer complaintss I am very anxious that I wont see my money. I am a relatively new immigrant and I am disgusted at their blatant disregard of my request.
I have received absolutely nothing from them. Not even a phone call.
