Ripoff cashed my check for 2 pair of house slippers on 8-12 and its 10-25 & stll have no shoes! I want my money or my shoes! Ripoff business from hell Champlain

I mailed a check with an order for 2 pair of house slippers on 8-12-02 and the check cleared my bank a few days later. It is now 10-25-02 and I have no shoes and no money back. I have tried to call the number that is always busy and emails have been unanswerd and I plan to pursue legal action as well as having my local paper involved. This ripoff company has to be stopped!!! I want my shoes or my money JD marve!!!
