Horrible customer service!

I introduced my newborn to Walmart’s PictureMe Business on 03/05/08 at 6pm. Within the first present his encounter was slipping forward. I told the shooter, Melissa, she had a need to try another present. She did but employed the very first present (the toughest one) for that publicized $6.99 bundle and declined to alter it. Easily needed greater poses I’d need to buy costly deals to obtain them. The remainder of the program was annoying. Area of the baby’s encounter was plugged in many of the pictures from the position or even the support he was on. Their base or even the top of his mind was stop on full-body pictures. I called the store-manager who stated PictureMe rents room from Walmart, there is nothing she might do. I named PictureMe’s Customer Support 3 times. They claimed they don’t do discounts. I inquired where no discounts is created on the adds or bills. They stated it’s not created. I had been advised I'd the next choices: a-50% reimbursement, their ad stated no sitting fee. I can’t know how they are able to maintain half my cash easily get nothing, no pictures, in exchange. I really could get retakes but just in the same business. I'd like my money-back, I had been compelled into purchasing a bundle I didn’t need and overcharged for this. I get no money-back when they retake the pictures. I inquired easily might visit another of the galleries since I have wasn't pleased with the photographer’s abilities as of this one. I had been informed I’d need to go back to the exact same business. The ultimate choice would be to have my bundle decreased to an $80 bundle with significantly less pictures and less poses. I had been unhappy after I thought I had been spending $80 for that gold bundle, I’d be much more upset spending $80 to get a bronze package comprising not as. There is nothing more they'd do.

That Is my last child. I’d obtained my first three to Walmart’s Face Studios often. They usually had exceptional customer support. I'd been happy using the pictures obtained and my kids and that I loved the periods. Previously their customer support was exceptional. I’d been able to find the present for that advertised deal. I’d been able to select which poses were bought for an extra charge. I’d never been forced into high-price deals such as this. Never had they completed a baitandswitch on me before. If your picture returned outoffocus or with shut eyes they’d redone the program and tossed in several accessories. These were fantastic to work well with.

I couldn't think this fresh photographer’s insufficient ability;, works out she’s the supervisor of the Walmart’s business!!! I really could not think the horrible customer support I experienced in the nearby business after which from their Customer Support Telephone Number. Following this encounter I don’t wish to consider some of my four kids back again to a Walmart Business. I don’t actually wish to return to Walmart I’m so upset using the entire encounter that happened within their shop. I’m caution family and friends to watch out for Walmart’s Portrait Studios.
