RPM contacted my wife about an unpaid bill with MCI Worldcom. They said they were representing MCI Worldcom which if I'm correct no longer exists. They called her over 2 years ago and we requested copies of the bills so we could match up cancelled checks with them. We did'nt hear from them until about 2 weeks ago claiming the same thing. This time they sent us a bill but no documentation on what wasn't paid. We called them and they said we need to send in a letter to get this information. It seems to me to be a scam and need advice on how to handle this matter. I have all my cancelled checks and recall MCI wasn't the best when it can to billing. Thanks
