I rented a limo for myself and my friends for my birthday. They called the day of the event to "upgrade" me for free to a limo-bus. I agreed... Who wouldn't agree to a free upgrade? The bus sucked. Remember riding the bus in grade school? THAT is how the ride felt, bumpy and bone-jarring. Awful. Especially on the ride home after the night of good times. Terrible. THEN, a few weeks later, I get a mysterious fee from them on my charge card, which I called my charge card to dispute. Bayside claims that someone got sick in the bus and they charged me $300.00 YES THREE HUNDRED dollars for a cleaning fee, which was in the fine print of their contract. WHAT??? First of all, there are trash cans in the bus, and all trash was picked up when we exited. Second of all, nobody got sick on the bus! I personally was the last one off the bus and nothing had been spilled or anything. I can't believe it. They took advantage of the fact that they had my credit card on file and used it illegally. I was never even sent a letter - nothing from them. I found all this out through my credit card company.
