Black peak was hired by my company to find engineers and programmers. After a week of providing resumes off of the job boards, they refused to provide a refund, even when they couldn't find any qualified candidates, or any available candidates. They didn't even check the references before sending us resumes of candidates. Also, the candidates didn't even know their resumes were being submitted by Black Peak.
