I ordered a Motorola L7i from this website known as Cellular-blowout. I chose the 2 day shipping methods so that I could get it right away. Well, I ordered the phone on the 19th of Feburary and did not receive this phone until the 28th of Februray. I was kind of skeptical anyway but when I got this phone I was kind of relieve because I thought to myself that maybe I got ripped off.
I put in my sims card from my other phone and everything work okay for the moment. I notice that there are forgein numbers on the keypad and that I could not get webacess. So first I call my service provider and see what they could do and they said that it was something blocking the phone and preventing them from trying to grant me access to the web. So I talk to the maker of the phone and they told me that the phone I had was not going to gain access to the web in the US because it was not program to be use here.
Well, I'm trying to send it back and the only way you can communicate with this company if you email them. They will not answer any emails and they do not have a phone number that you can reach them at. All I want is to send this phone back and get my money back. But now that they have my credit card information I'm afraid that they are going to try and make unauthorize transactions on it.
