Cache has the worst customer service. I imagine its staffed by middle aged ladies sitting at home in their lazy boys eating bon bons who would rather not be disturbed.
I have made several purchases from Cache which qualifies me for membership in their discount club Cache Accents. I signed up but have yet to recieve my permanent card after a year. I have contacted them several times regarding recieving my card or at least my membership number only to be transferred back and forth and reffered to local stores.
I also called several times to inquire about an order that I had not recieved on time and was continuously put on hold for an extened amount of time only to be told that "the system is updating".in the middle of the work day? Are you serious? If you really want to make purchases from Cache buy in store only and forget about ever seeing your membership discounts.
