Totally unworthy dishonest ripoffs

I was promised a large credit card limit, With 0% interest. With a processing fee of $49.00 and garenteed refund of the processing fee if not satisfied with in 30 days.

I received my card and catalog with 2 weeks and decided that this was not what I was offered. I was not told that I had to purcase items through their catalog only.

I immediately started calling to receive my refund and only got a recording teling me to call back or a busy signal. I have phone records and expenses of the numerous times I had called.
I finally gave up on contacting them and running my phone bill up.

Im currently am filing a report with the BBB of Florida. I would like to be reimberced for ALL my exsences. Im hoping Rip-off can help me with this problem.
