I went into this Gamestop against my better judgment (me and others have had the same bad experiences) so Im paying for a used game and I aske about an upcoming title (Turning Point) and they tell me all about it the associate even told me "If you preorder now you will get a free gift upon pick up" So I was sold I put down my money and left, I checked the website (as I often do) and sure enough it said that I was to get a gift they even had pictures of it.
When the day finally arrived I went to pick up my Game and there was a different associate he gave me my game but no gift so I asked him and he acted like I was joking, since I was tired and my wife and daughter were with me I let it slide (though I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN), but this weekend I went to a different Gamestop and I was chatting with one of the associates, and I explained the situation and he told me that they had came up with TWO versions of the Game (THE COLLECTORS EDITION) and (THE REGULAR VERSION) something that the other assocaite at the Gamestop in question and the Website failed to Inform so in the end I ended up feeling like an Idiot, The first incident I had was when I went there to withdraw a reservation I had placed down I kept on asking for my money and the Same associate that missinformed me kept asking me if I was sure I wanted my 20.00 dollars back and I kept on saying yes and he kept on insisting, in the end he gave me my money but with an angry and annoyed look on his face.
