Living in San Diego, Ca. For the past 21 years I have used Cloud9 shuttle for my limo and car service needs. Today I tried to make reservations but was put on hold then in the middle of the reservation I was disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on extended hold then transfered to someone else who wasn't a supervisor. I had to explain to this person again why I needed to speak to a supervisor. I was then transfered to a lead person in a different department in Pheonix Arizona.
I explained that I wanted to speak to a supervisor in the reservations office so i could inform them of my experience and make a reservation. She informed me she new nothing about that because that was the Tampa Fla. Office. That I would have to call that office back and go through their reservations number again.
While being on hold I did a web search for super shuttle (cluod9) here in San Diego and have found a number of complaints since super shuttle took over the company.in the past I had found Cloud9 Shuttle to be an excellent reliable local company. But now since they have been bought out by a national chain I have found that making a simple reservation was not only a daunting task but one that I was not able to achieve. I ended up in going with a locally owned service that was a few dollars more, but am happier for it.
