Did Not Pay Me For Setting Leads

I responded to an ad on Craigslist for this company and was told that I would be paid $10 for each lead set. After working for one week and setting 9 leads, I did not receive a paycheck so I have not worked since. I have contacted John, the Sales Manager, several times by phone and through email, but am now being ignored.
