I never went to a psychic in my life and never believed in it either until my life fell apart and came crashing down when I lost mu place to live, my finace, and my life was falling apart. I found her through the internet and she seemed trustworthy and reiliable and chrge me initally a $300 fee. This was going to clear up my life, help me, and restore my lifes problems. Well within a months time from 12/1/07 to 1/1/08 she took a total of $5k from me. Me being new at this anf very gulliable believed her and all her exuses from being in danger with the law to me needing protection, and to me getting back with my ex. She began to demand more and more money and than it went to gift card money and credit. Now I know you probabaly think I am an idiot, but I was gulliable and nieve and trying to find a solution and quickly to my problems.
I beleived her and anyone would when they lost their family, place to live, and their life! I was told by her that the moeny spent on credit was going to be refunded which is the $4700. WHen I canceled my case with her January 1 08 she said I was going to get the money back but she need time and to talk with her churches superiors to get the money. Well she told me three weeks, that turned intot a month with more exuses and she was pissed whenever I called to not only in December, but in January. She never had time to talk to me and was too busy. She only talked when she wanted more money. Even in January she would sound the same way on the phone. I threaten her that I was going to report her as fraud then to Paypal and authorites if I ddon't get my money back and she got mad. SHe stopped calling me for a week. Than she called me, but this is after I reported her. SHe tricked me into waiting past the paypay 45 day rule so I cant get my money back through them from her. They told me there was nothing they can do! That I though was BS!
Than after I reported her she was was willing to work with me and told me that this past saturday she would have my money or someohting at least worked out for me. Well I waited and called on satuday, sunday, monday, and tuesday and there was nothing. She now is not answering my calls. I called many times and she did not answer. I know and found out what the purchaeses she made with the giftcards she told me was for the church and the materials. BS, it was for her own household supplies, a t.V., golfclu, and other items according to the companies when they looked up the purchases. She wont answer my calls at all, my friend called her since he is out of the area code and a man answered so than my friend hung up. I called right back and noone picked up! So now she is screening her calls, her website mysteriously is not working, and I am out of $5k.
I have creditors coming for me and bills that are pilling up that this lady scammed me on and from. I need help and advce from anyone as to what I can do. I am really embarrssed as to what happened with me and I need help and someone that can help me get my money back if possible. I am broke and I need to know what to do NOW. Paypal said they can't help, but if i had some way of leaglly getting the moeny back then mabye they can, but until then they refuse!
