Charged $982.00 to market timeshare, did not sell, now can't be contacted to request refund

I marketed my timeshare with this company with the agreement that if it was sold by any oyher I would be able to get a full refund, it has been sold by another company and all efforts to get in contact with IBD has been met with no answer.
