I ordered "suede leather moccasins" via the mail and with a check, 2 to 5 week delivery. The check was cashed 09-04-02 and as of 10-14-02 no moccasins. I have emailed and attempted to call, no luck.
This "company" appears to be a fraud. How does it get by advertising in newspapers every week? Who is responsible to stop these people. Is there some government agency out there that protects the consumer?
To date, no moccasins, no money and no response from J.D. Marvel.
