I gotta use a fake name or I'll get in trouble. I work at TCT in the orlando headquarters and while I'll admit I've seen Lou Pearlman once or twice, he's not there all the time. Our president who runs the place, and my boss just got reassigned. Nice.
Basically there are a lot of people who are too dumb to listen to what we tell them - we're NOT an agency - we just put you on a website and agents can book you from that site - kinda like monster.com doesn't actually get you a job, the people who search monster do. Duh.
That being said, we charge you 600 bucks plus 19.95 a month. What you should do is create your own website for a couple hundred bucks and then just email every modeling agnecy in the country and tell them to check out your site. It'll save you at least the 19.95 a month (240 a year!) plus probably a few hundred off our 600 fee. Just a little friendly advice from someone on the inside.
