I signed up for this dating service on April 11 because I was very lonely and thought a service like this would be better than using an internet service. I was very specific in the kind of man I wished to meet, the disance I was willing to travel and other requirements such as must love dogs and love sailing.
The first man to whom I was referred lived about 120 miles from where I live—a distance outside my requirement, loved horses (did not like dogs), and lived in the mountains—had never sailed or enjoyed the water.
The second man to whom I was referred was even less of a match. I complained to the company that they were not keeping their end of the bargain.
They promptly cancelled my service. I asked for a refund of my money but they refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but found that a waste of time. They were a member of the Better Business Bureau.
I tried other means to get my money refunded but to no avail. This company should be stoped from ripping folks off.
