Order was processed incorrectly by the customer service representative and they over charged us back in 2/02. The product was returned by 3/02 and we are still waiting on our refund of $111.50. The company kept promising to refund the money month after month until they stopped communicating with us in May.
As of 10/11/02 we have not received our refund. We have contacted the company by mail, Indiana and San Diego Attorneys Generals Office. Please contact me by mail or phone if someone can help.
