I thought that I was signing up to just browse houses in my area that were being foreclosed. I was under the impression that the 8.95 was a one time flat fee to be able to view listings. I nearly lost my cookies when I found out that they billed me 297.00 for something that I did not want nor have I recieved anything from them as of yet.
I called the company and they told me that I had 7 days to cancel... Something else that I didn't know about! I have seen through thier website that you initially pay 8.95 then they are suppose to bill you 38.00 each month for your subscription.
This company totally ripped me off and I will get my money back and I will have better sense next time
