I ordered shoes on the 1/10/08 the payment processed the 14th of January and after that it said "processing order for shipment" and after a week and no change i e-mailed [email protected] and did not get a response back for over a week and when i did they stated "they would check their system" and get back to me. They then e-mailed me and stated they had no record of my order and they did not receive payment, and then tried to charge my account again. So i went to the account page and went to look at my order and it was deleted and said i did not have a order history. I then e-mailed them back and they still haven't responded back so i called my bank and submitted a claim.
