Feb 17 I ordered two footstools for our home. There was no confermation that the order went through so I e-mailed and ask if it did. They wrote back stating there was no information of my order. Four days later they took the money out of my account, not once but twice. I e-mailed them asking for refunds with no luck. They keep saying there was no order and no record of a payment from my account yet my statement clearly says D&D suplies. After numierious e-mails they finial said they see the problem and they would take care of it. They never refunded my money to this day and no more responce from e-mails. Avoid this company like the plague.
