I was first contacted by them with a free offer of an x-rated DVD. When I called the number, I found it to be an answering service for the company. I thought this was strange. I was asked to give my phone number and that I would be called back.
The story everybody else has told is the same as mine. The salesperson did not explain all the information and did not have a list of the magazines offered. I too got a call back from a different person who recorded my answers on tape.
I am expecting 5 years worth of 6 magazines. I received a letter explaining my choices, but they were wrong, and they don't add up to 60 issues either.
When I try to call the company's customer service number I get a recording telling me to leave my number and I will be called back.in my way of reasoning, that call back should be in the same day right? Not so with these people.
This all seems so suspect. I am angry for being what I believe to be "dupped."
$39.75 is the bill each month. Do I have any options? Can anybody help?
