I don't care if people accuse me of whine, whine, boo who crap, rant, rant or whatever, this seems to be the only way to get the word out to people...
This is a warning to business owners, new and existing, unless you are a restaurant owner or a law firm, do not advertise in the yellow pages. You return on investment may end up being a bogus judgment against you like it did to me for over $20000. Thanks to an illegitimate judicial system and illegitimate sue happy lawyers. My due process was violated and the lawyers willingly lied to the judge that I was "properly" served. Nothing about my rights are available or even the timeframe of one year after finding out that I was sued is past.
From the beginning... I started my business in hoping to become self sufficient and not be a "ward" of the state after falling for the lie that Social Security Disability and Socialized Medicine will solve my problems after falling ill. All it did was make my life a living hell, socially and financially. So on another note the libs preaching the "hope" of national medical insurance and social security are out right liars! I am living proof while they themselves earn at least 6-figure incomes feeding off those in needs. Anyways, I got my business phone number and not long after received a call from ad rep for what was then Pacific Bell Yellow Pages. He made an appointment with me down at his office in Gold River, CA, by Rancho Cordova in the Sacramento area. I arrive and at the door I have to push a intercom button and talk to the front desk person to let me in. (Hmmm. I should have known something then.) The guy takes me to a little sale room and brings out a couple of phone books from the last year. He opens the books to advertisers in my specific business and gives me the spiel that if I want all the business I need to get the bigger ad He says that I would have to hire all kinds of help in order to meet demand at least now I am glad that I did not hire anyone else then. Anyways I have no money coming from an income far less than the national poverty level and my credit ruined from so long ago that I could no longer meet my responsibilities and wanting to be a "real" person who is respectable and self-sufficient that I fell for his BS. The Yellow Pages used their reputation from the past from many years ago to get me to think I would get the business. Well you know if I did get the business that this slime bag eluded to then there would be no problem of me paying the monthly payment of which they had the gull to put on my phone bill. I could not pay the phone bill and the creeps at the phone company shut off my line. At least I had my 800# of which I tied to another line that was not in my name. I still did not get any calls except for a few occasional calls usually for another service because my BIG ad was placed by another BIG ad offering other services. There is more to this story which is basically the same repeat of this but the only notable call for service that I provided was from a someone who actually works for PacBells collections that collects for accounts on the other side of the nation. Wonder why they do not collect on account on the same coast that they are on. Anyways, I did the service for the person and told her that I never really got any calls as promised the ad rep. Of course, these creeps make me sign a paper that states that nothing else about the ad was promised by the rep but who would know that they would misapply that to his promises of alleged business for me spending $20000 that I had no way to pay unless I did get the business.
Okay, they sued me and I had no idea that they did until a year later because now it showed up on my credit report.
Thanks to greedy lawyers, politicians, and their evil spokespersons in Hollywood this thing is going to be on my head for 30 years with a 10% interest rate per year compounded daily or whatever it is.
Someone may say that I should declare bankruptcy of which I probably am going to unless due to myself being a very productive person now I may not be able to. Honestly and rightly, why should I suffer for the fraud committed by lawyers and people greedy for filthy lucre? Capitalism is great but by no means does mean that it is okay to be a bunch of illicit scrooges or commit fraud and extortion as created by the create bureau and their friends.
Hello, you in America that worship those people that call themselves progressives or say that the only hope is government unless you like living under the poverty line and stealing from another and living in neighborhoods with high crimes rates get a clue and be real progressives as defined by that great President Teddy Roosevelt. Socialism and Communism, aka Modern Progressive, will lead to oppression, degradation of human life, and slavery with no hope to really have a rewarding life as defined by our forefathers. P.C. Oh, by the way my business was incorporated and how they got away suing me as an individual, I do not know especially when they refused my person guarantee due to my credit issue. To any legitimate lawyer or firm that can help me out with this without having me to go bankrupt and can sue this corporation and win, can take a bigger piece of the pie as long as it is a loud by law (i.E. 70 or 75% of my cut and not the usual 30% or whatever). Seems the only way to fight back is with the same tactics by suing their butts off for their violation of my rights and word of mouth advertising especially when I am not the only business owner who has been defrauded by them.
