This co. IS VERY HARD TO CONTACT: I have tried e-mailing them, calling over the phone with no results. This company does absolutely no negotiating, when
you honestly are triying to make arrangement and you iniitate the contact.
This company is quit to charge you with numerous fees, which constantly increases your bill. So, you never get the bill down. They do not seem to realize the every consumer situation is different, and life and financial changes happen, all time and not always for the benefit of your credit card.
I am a person who generally stays on top of my bills. I had a break in employment and notified all my creditors and utility companys. "SALUTE" was the hardest to deal with, and I still got no satisfaction. All I received was the fees and bad attitude, finally I reached Salute which was a day before my due date, and I was charged late fees, finance charge fee, and overlimit fee. So, my payment just was given away so to speak.
