I believe Steve Quick of Pawpatch Kennels is basically running a puppy mill but presenting it as a small East Texas Kennel. He represented to me a puppy with a small umbilical hernia which is actually a large umbilical hernia and according to the vet can be life threatning. However he refused to honor his warranty. Sales are internet based and his dogs are confined to electric fence dog runs. They are fed, bred and puppies shipped. There is no socialization of the animals. If you have purchased a puppy from him, I would like to know what your experience was.
