This company netwatch isp along with ild services charged me 16.11 for unknown services. Called # on bill which was ild teleservices asked what the charge was for. All they could tell me is it was netwatch isp. Couldnt tell me who signed me up for anything. Said they had no address and no signup info. Or telephone # for netwatch. They were just authorized to give credits. He said he was going to credit my account for the 16.11 they never should have charged me for in the first place. Rep claimed that i should not see it on my bill again
