I bought Shrek the 3rd and it had an instant win game coupon on it. I opened the coupon and won 25 free 4x6 prints from Snapfish.com. When I go to the website www.snapfish.com/shrekprints to redeem my free prints I get an error message every time. It says something to the effect of "Due to the upcoming holidays we are experiencing high volumes of traffic. Please try again in a few moments. Sorry for the inconvienence." I have tried this multiple times and always get the same error. I have emailed Snapfish customer service and have not even received a reply. I think that if a company is going to have special offers like this they should follow through with it. I can't even believe that I didn't get any reply back from their customer service. If I don't hear back from them I will just boycott the company. I will tell everyone I know to use another online printing service.
