I call their number and never get an actual person, it tells me to go to cancel me @emusic.com and i do go there and cancel and they keep on charging my credit card. I have canceled 2 or 3 times and they keep charging

I had a trial for emusic.com and i canceled it before the trial was over. I have called their number 212-300-2855 and never get an actual person, it tells me to go to cancel me @emusic.com and i do go there and cancel and they keep on charging my credit card. I have canceled 2 or 3 times and they keep charging
