I overpaid my account according to the statement and was notified I would receive a refund in the mail. This was 4 months ago. After several calls to Comcast, I still have not recieved my refund, but I did receive an interruption notice. Each time I call them to ask about it, they tell me it will be 4 weeks. What a bunch of crap.
