Watch not as described, no papers or box. They will not take my calls. No e mail contact

I ordered a watch and ladys purse. Was delivered COD. The items were not as described. Have been trying to contact them for days. Most times only get thrugh to voice mail. When I did get thru to someone they could not help. Promised to call me back, never did. This happened three times. I, m still waiting. Totally frustrated and very dissatisfied.
Do not buy from this company.
