My extended family bought over $1000 in items from Best Buy and I received two digital cameras. I returned one of them and they gave me a Best Buy store credit card. I did not find anything else I wanted and tried to get a refund of the $115.
Best Buy will not refund the money but forces you to buy from their store or lose the cash. Read the fine print on their return policy. I cannot get a refund and they will not pay interest on my cash.
