Bogus! Rip off! Nothing in my area as they said there would be. No jobs, no testing centers, nothing. The numbers I do call are not in working order

Rip off! Bogus! Nothing in my area as they said it would be. I specifically asked. Careerbuilders is suppose to be a legitimate site, and they are showing this advertisement so I put no trust in them any longer.

Civil Service test centers are not even in my area either. I want my $57 returned.
