Bruce Carter, the most crooked and dishonest businessman in the U.S., took a $600.00 payment from me and promised me that I'd be his "exclusive moving provider inthe Atlanta area". He only offered me a couple of jobs and then split the rest of them up between other service providers in my area that he also ripped off. Please be aware of this guy and his unscrupulous business practices. If you're a potential customer, avoid using his business at all costs. Thank you!
