Abika.com charged me $74.96 for a comprehensive employment background check on myself. The results they emailed me contained only one out of at least seven past jobs I have had in the last twenty years, and that one result only listed the name and address of that employer. It didn't list the employment dates needed for job applications.
The Abika.com web site specifies a 30 day guarantee. When I requested a refund, they said I would have to provide them with search results from a competing company to be considered for a possible refund!
In two hours on my home computer, I found all of the information that I had already paid them seventy-five bucks for. My own search results don't qualify me for refund consideration.
Beware of Abika.com.in my case, they failed miserably to provide the service I paid them to perform. I will be contesting the charge against my credit card, although I really don't expect it to do me any good.
If you need to perform a similar search, take the time to do it yourself. You will most likely get far better results free of charge in very little time just like I did.
