I purchased an air gun from this company and was told if I had any problems to bring the gun back. I also stressed that I lived out of town and it would be hard for me to get back to there if I were to have a problem. The day after I purchased the gun, it stopped working.
My next day off from work, (15 days later) I went back with my receipt and was completely shut down. They absolutely would not even look at the gun or the receipt. They said it was their policy to not give refunds or exchanges if the product was bought as a gift and more than 10 days had past after date of purchase.
This was NOT told to me on the day of purchase. If so I would not be having this problem because I wouldnt have purchased this product.
