I was charged $79.94 on Dec 15th when I placed an order for sattelite service from DishNetwork. However, the service was never started as the installer did not find signal.
When I contacted MyDishNow, I was informed that 29.95 is a one time non-refundable fee for handling the order. They should have disclosed this in their advertisement or when they took my order.
Dishnetwork told me that they refunded the remaining 49.99 on Dec 26th that I have not yet received (today is Jan 9th). And they can not do anything about the rip off from MyDishNow.
