We, too, were called by "Eye on America" for a segment on Renewable Energy. They would broadcast a segment on us 20 times, mostly on "regional" CNN stations. But they would need a "scheduling fee" of $19,700. I told them that was more than we wanted to pay and they said "maybe next year".
Afterward I looked them up online. If they are legit, they appear to be charging a lot for a video of questionable quality with questionable air time (and a website and phone number that keeps changing-watcheoa.com)
