April 20th Fema changed our zoning for flooding (insurance required). Bank of America notified me I needed coverage (of course their letter took a week) but not to worry, they bought expensive Lloyds of London coverage for me (20th on) So I got my coverage for a year for $320 but also got stuck with a $394 bill for 40 days coverage. Another bonus (hassle) is BOA is forcing me into escrowing (it's nice to have a legal way to hold people's money). What's unbelieveable is I have $25K in CD/IRAs, did car loans, credit cards and have a 4 digit balance in checking most of the time through BOA. But it's just about the money. Don't run over your customer like a bus.
